Timing
We attempt to complete year ends in six weeks or less, so you won’t have to contact us to find out how your year end is progressing. We maintain track of CRA filing deadlines as well as any other deadlines (example: the bank).
Fees
Professional services are inherently changeable, and we don’t know how much work is needed until we’ve gotten to know the customer. However, before beginning the initial year end, which we are committed to, we will present an estimate of fees. Our goal is to keep things as simple as possible.
Financial Statements
We will present the financial information in a relevant format, while adhering to generally accepted accounting principles. However, it is important that our clients understand their statements, so we will take the time to review the statements with the client.

It is critical that we obtain a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements so that we may better assist them. When possible, the same professional team is used to maintain the relationship’s continuity.
